Parent Teacher Conference Forms

It is that time of year again when various staff will be requesting time off for parent teacher conferences.

There is an official form that must be filled out. If you do not have the form, please contact Linda for a copy of the form.

You must have written notification from the school attached to the form to receive approval.

You must receive official approval before taking leave for this activity.

St. Joseph School AP Students

Greetings:

We have had several requests from St. Joseph School AP Students for book check out privileges.

Jaci has already provided the teacher, librarian, and principal with the needed forms. Students need to fill out the forms and bring them in signed before they will be given library privileges.
