Student Athlete's Study Hall

The athlete's department has called and requested that we once again allow them to hold a study hall for their student athletes. I have had a long discussion with Tim Eakins, who will be with the students for each study hall. He understands that due to renovation I might have to revoke the study hall privilege with less than 24 hours notice. Athletics understands and is willing to support this condition.

If there are ANY problems with students attending the study hall, we are to find Tim immediately. If for some reason we cannot:

1) fill out an incident form
2) email tim at eakins@hawaii.edu with a cc to me
